Lovely run on FP trails. The park is all golden. Felt great.

Halloween Night-O at FP, set by Balter. Strange to be here at night, such different quality to the park. I started jogging but then just walked the course, meditating on life and relationships, spacing out, absorbing darkness, reflecting colors.

I went running after work in the rain, and it was great to get out. Explored Overpeck park, which is close to my where I work in Englewood. Thankfully, it was warm out and there was sufficient light pollution for me see the path. Also, there was an inviting translucency to the skies: a colored yet mudded sunset penetrating through the mass of grayness. I had the park to myself and enjoyed the atmosphere. So so hungry afterwards.

Silas Condict Red course.

Yay! I slept so well last night and had time in the morning to relax even more. Things went better today and even though I felt a bit weak physically in the beginning, towards the end I felt strong and back to my usual self. Nice course design again by Balter; I enjoyed the many route choice legs. Happy K. Ready for another crazy work week.

Ankle felt Ok in general, but sides of the heel were in pain when I would land on the foot awkwardly.
