Climbing at the Cliffs with Hua and gang! Did some v1 bouldering besides regular climbs, which was nice, but I should not have jumped down so recklessly, didn't twist anything, but my left ankle subsequently has let me know that it did not approve. Good times though. I need more practice.

Randall's Island Long Sprint. Great event and many novices. Quite cold and windy out, so I started out too fast and felt a bit out of shape for the duration. The weight that I lost when training for WOC and after my hiking trip is returning because I'm not training much these days. Not worried about it too much.

Evening run at Overpeck park after work. Turns out I am perfectly Ok to run right after eating a large banana. I also remembered that I twisted my left ankle and not my right; had stabbing pains on side of ankle this past weekend but on flat surface it seems to be fine.
