Yes the scale still shows 212, maybe it is broke with all the non activity I have been doing.
Went for a walk with slow running down hill. Knee was good until about 6 miles with some pain but after that it started to hurt.
With only makeing it 1/3rd of the distance that I would need to do in 2 weeks I decided that its not worth it.
I see the PT for a consulting on Wednesday and I need to find out if I will be able to strengthen it enough to keep up the hiking and everything else.
The Dr said I have too much osteoarthritis to do another ACL but not enough to do a knee replacement. They got me a brace that I wore but it did not help. I hope with strength and the brace I can keep up at least walking more than 5 miles.
Every time I get real active something else breaks then I have to start over again.
