First run in two weeks, second run in a month. Legs felt heavy midway, but downhills were great. Slower than I would like, but 12mm w the walks I needed wasn't horrible. I have lost a lot of ground for sure.

First day back to kickboxing in one month. Stuck with the beginners' group. Felt strong-ish with warm-up. Fluttery with final drill - one minute burnout on heavy bag, 2x. Ready for more at the end of class.
