Rough n Tough 2. Wawa Gorge Marathon
Steady energy throughout. Buildup period not long but it turned out okay. Base first before intensity. Least specific before most specific. Work with carbs during high volume. Keto for recovery. Sweet potato, rice cake, m & m, gels worked out well. Need to work on hiking speed.
