Went out too fast. Struggled somewhat after 30mins. Especially after the sun went up and temperatures crept up. Started stopping at stations to pour water. Next time I should go out fast but easy...then harder effort at the latter end of the run. Good workout. No cramps. No injuries. Rest a few days before resuming.
