With the Saturday morning group (and the fur girls). Didn't feel as bad as I thought I would until the very end and that's when the coughing really started. We didn't do the distance we were supposed to do today either. Running on snow covered trails slowed us down. The temperature was -3C so it wasn't that cold which was nice. Next week it's a LONG ROAD run.

Note: Toe is still sore....I can't believe it. It's not preventing me from running, but it's just annoying.

At Rattlesnake with the fur girls. It wasn't as cold as I thought it would be. The sun out the whole way (-15C)

w/ CJ, Astrid & Steve.....Had fun, but I need to build up more strength. Toe was really sore towards the end.

First time using the yaktrax this year.
My toe is still sore, I hurt it in Dominican and didn't think too much of it. 2nd toe on right foot. It's swollen and sore, but I'm not sure why it's not improving yet (hurt while running today and still sore now).
