Biking hills (road) 3:20:00 [4] 85 km (2:21 / km)
Around Milton, did a few of the major escarpment climbs as well as MANY others. Rode w/ SherpaGirl, JB and Michelle
The rain held off, although it was misty for the last hour or so.
Finished off with a stop at SBUCKS

Back and glutes are sore today....even now at 11 pm

Tuesday Sep 9

First time swimming in years. I signed up for the MMAC.
There are about 70 members and coach and there are 4 drop in times per week. I'm aiming for twice a week.
I was in the pool for 1:15:00, but actually swam for about 40 mins.
I am in the slow lane, but already learned a few things to improve my strokes.

Sunday Sep 7

Biking (road) 20:00 [3]
As soon as I arrived at our meeting spot, it started to rain. Coach JB forgot his helmet and had to go back home to get it. About 10 mins to the ride, JB's chain broke. I towed him back to our vehicles. That's right...I towed....hahaha!
The coffee after at Starbucks was good :)
