Good run on the treadmill
Started w/ one slower song (6.5 mph) then a faster song (8.0 mph)
About half way through switched it to 2 mins slower, 2 mins faster (7.0 mph and 8.5 mph).

Good morning ride, but my legs were killing me today, REALLY sore quads, probably from yesterdays run. Did quite a few hills and ended up quite far West. Finished it off w/ sbucks :)
