Was going to go to the meadows but decided the killing fields would be quieter. Started raining 5 mins in, bit grim.

Taper session of 5 x 200m, 5 x 100m with nice and long jog back recoveries. It was raining, on grass and into a headwind so was very slow, and felt a bit rubbish too, but got it done. Calves hurting a bit but it didnt get any worse and they feel fine a bit after.
