Note

JHIs mark the "end" of the season for me, and it's been a very long one. Racing the last 3 weekend's in a row, as well as moving to uni and everything that comes with that, has left me feeling pretty run down and in need of a rest. So now I'm gonna have an easy couple of weeks to fully recover, with as little running as possible, before kicking into winter training.
