Tempo on the seat and killing fields. Very windy so I got extremely cold in shorts and t shirt, felt quite ill when I got in. Pace on the downs and the flat not as fast as I'd like, but lower legs still a bit rekt from the gym. Wrist HR so bad today.

On my own for the first time this year!?! so tried out my new waterproof MP3 player, thought it had radio but turns out it's just got 2 songs downloaded so listened to them on repeat for the whole time..

Wanted to go the hill race tomorrow but missed the entry deadline :(
