Note

Flu last week and Big Weekend organising has killed me. Feeling tired, body weak, mentally not up for any stress and lacking motivation for both uni and training. As a result very little done this week. Warm weather holiday this weekend should be a nice reset, then back to it.

I expected this but still quite hard to take.

Phys testing. Feeling awful and had to give up after 16 km/h. HR and lactate a lot higher than Nov. Not recovered from the illness. Quite demotivating.

On the other hand I'm the lightest I've been in my memory. Interesting.
