Twinged something in my lower back doing deadlifts with too much weight this morning. It was aching but not so bad.

Got knocked over by a dog running into my legs as I was going down a hill, pretty funny. Also spent some time pondering the peculiarity of saying "morning" or "afternoon" as a greeting.
