Note
I'd forgotten how irritated my left non-operated knee gets when a doctor examines it. Went to the rheumatologist Mon. and my knee has been a wreck since (doesn't really hurt during the exam). So I was able to do exercises today, but I'm not sure it was wise to do so.

My stomach was off when I started, but I began to wonder if I was getting motion sick watching all the virtual bikes zooming around in front of me. Hope not. They also didn't have the fans on in the gym, so I was very hot. Struggled doing the second one.

Note
Started out to go to the gym and grocery store, but the fog was really bad so I returned home. This month I signed up for off-peak hours so I have to be at the gym before 2 pm. Tomorrow should be fine.

Thought I'd stop after the bike, but since I was there and the elliptical was free... 20 min. forward, 10 reverse. Since I was bored, I tried visualizing my old run up the mountain. Easy to see the trail, turns, rocks etc, but impossible to slow it down enough to help much. I even added in some rest stops, imagined tying my shoes, viewing bunny parts, then extended my run up Muck. Lots of room for improvement, but boy was I fast!
