| Knee still sore on the machine. Watched a program about 3 people who were trying to improve their physical abilities. Two guys trying to gain weight and strenght and a woman strength and muscle definition for a contest. While it was on it made it easier to do my exercise ( as opposed to the ads.). When I left the guys weren't gaining weight, but were getting stronger and the woman had just injured her hamstring after improving a lot. |

| Jeesh, it took until today before I could think of going to use the elliptical trainer and it may have been a bit too soon. Knee has been very sore. I stopped early, feeling a little nauseous(maybe just from headache meds.). |

| One major mistake leaving #3. Hit the wrong tr., thought it looked weird but didn't notice the close by trail so continued on. Corrected later than would have because I delayed looking at my compass as people were coming the other way.(Should have been a clue, but I just assumed they were on a different course). About 2-3 min. lost. Looking at results I noticed I also lost time at the end of the course, no mistakes, but I was tired. Knee is very sore today. Definetly a setback. Must have been a fine weekend because there are no new rips in Peter's O clothes :-) |

| First attempt to jog since the NAOCs. Knee hurt the whole time and the top of my calf has been cramping afterwards (hard to bend the knee with the brace on), but I don't think it is any worse. Way too many blueberry bushes. Questionable rt. choice on the long leg and a few small mistakes after that. More interesting area than I thought it would be. The subtle contours were very readable. I think I was first in F55 by a few minutes. Beautiful, warm day. |
