One pullup. Maybe the pullups are getting easier due to weight loss? And what is with that? Maybe because my muscles are shrinking from lack of use?

Did a little gardening, but it was mostly an exercise in sweating. Looking forward to a cooler tomorrow.

Note
Two nice days of golf with Peter and Mike F. in Vermont. Courses more difficult than my usual. Used a cart, but my knee was better than last week and I did a fair amount of walking the first day as the cart had to stay on the cart path.

Since I'm suppose to take it easy( as if I have a choice) over the next 4-5 weeks while I get these injections, I'm going to log my PT exercises. And if it gets bad enough maybe I'll log icing :-)

Plus 1 pullup and 50 situps

Note
Had to give my knee another few days off. Painful just walking around the house. Maybe it didn't like three days of golf in a row, but it didn't hurt while I was doing it.
