| Thought I'd stop after the bike, but since I was there and the elliptical was free... 20 min. forward, 10 reverse. Since I was bored, I tried visualizing my old run up the mountain. Easy to see the trail, turns, rocks etc, but impossible to slow it down enough to help much. I even added in some rest stops, imagined tying my shoes, viewing bunny parts, then extended my run up Muck. Lots of room for improvement, but boy was I fast! | ||
