T12' the 3x2km [90'']
wanted to see if I could hold 6' for the 2kms and see if my dream 10km time was actually possible
awful session and very tired was a struggle having to do an early session after a double yesterday.
The T12' was fine and the first 2km rep ok and nothing silly, felt good, then the last 2 were rubbish and I had not much in the tank. Just tired from moving and the last week has been rather rushed

Left abductor tight and has been for 2 weeks now, couldn't do strides at the end which wasn't good
