Felt ok on the 300m Hurdles but awful on the km reps, had to skip rep number 3 so only 5 reps in the end

I found the km reps very hard and was very tired. Maybe need a rest day...? I skipped rep number 3 for a 5’ rest. I felt ok after a min or so but after like 400m my legs were just gone and was so hard to keep going

Lost a lot of confidence from this session

Stressful day at work didn’t help
