Progression tempo of 10' 12' 15' - this was a struggle and nearly changed the last 15' to a 12' but pushed on through. Very tired.

RHR is good after 3 hard weeks again - think I am getting used to the volume. Pretty tired tho so will cut down to 60 miles again this week and recharge for another hard 3 weeks.

If I can get a few more good blocks of training in like this (maybe around 4/5 more blocks) it should be promising

Bramhall park run - quite undulating and rather muddy!

With 630 santa dressed runners at the start I knew it was going to be busy!

Started off steady and wound it up at about 2km - at 3km settled into about 15:40 pace then I hit the wall of people on the second lap - had to fight through most of the runners and had to walk over a bridge for about 20/30 seconds at one point!

Pace dropped massively on the last lap unfortunately

Would have been better on a quieter course but maybe next time!

Very weird route - was straight down hill for 10' then back up hill for the final 17'. Eased slowly into the first 10' and then went off my HR for the 10' and 7'. Needed more time but was a bit rushed.

Decided to skip the double day today as knees are quite sore from miles and I will be going to the gym tomorrow instead of Friday as going home. So wanted to be more fresh
