Missed the morning as I have been neglecting a problem with my left achilles/heel and left abductor. Did 1 hour of stretching instead of my run

No injury, but isn't getting worse with running but not getting better

It is most probably to do with zero stretching for the last 8 weeks. Now my living situation is back to normal I can get back to a stretching routine and get my flexibility back

Left foot loosened off a lot so I jogged into work

Swapping the double today for Friday, so I'll double on Friday instead

Massage booked in tonight and physio tomorrow

wanted to see if I could hold 6' for the 2kms and see if my dream 10km time was actually possible

awful session and very tired was a struggle having to do an early session after a double yesterday.

The T12' was fine and the first 2km rep ok and nothing silly, felt good, then the last 2 were rubbish and I had not much in the tank. Just tired from moving and the last week has been rather rushed

Left abductor tight and has been for 2 weeks now, couldn't do strides at the end which wasn't good

Morning loop from the new house

Finally nice to have a house which isn't damp and feeling so much more settled already.

The next block of training up to Telfrod 10km and then the indoor races is going to be good.

I feel like the last 8 weeks I've been choaked a bit in my recovery and being very unsettled in my previous house (with the roof being caved in for 3 months) with very limited: stretching, rolling, recover and relaxed evenings. I'm surprised I haven't been ill or more run down then I am.
