Something is not right - zero energy and stuck in gear 3 out of 6. Felt like something was not right, got too tired to run or get up to any speed to produce any tiredness or lactate in the legs. Zero energy levels.

I think if I was fit this would have been the best race of my life so far in terms of enjoyment and atmosphere.

I'm more frustrated and upset about not performing well at all in this. Getting an England vest on the road has always been one of my dreams. Eventually when you get it and you can't seem to be able to perform and show off how you can actually run. It is quite hard.
