Hard session and I didn’t enjoy it. I didn’t have much confidence going into it. I didn’t have much confidence after finishing it either. Second to last effort I nearly gave up but plodded on. I wasn’t finding it easy or going at any pace....
Road session of 3x(1mile [60”], 1mile [90”]) aiming for 5:10 for first mile and 4:45 for second mile
I ended up just doing 5’ efforts and they were just hard hinest efforts in the end as I couldn’t gauge efforts when running on the roads
