New continuous hills session as track was cancelled due to most of afterclife and Meadowhall being under water as most rivers in Sheffield are bursting atm

Session went well. I felt good and lots of power and strength, maybe lacking on speed. Was hard to gauge how good the session as I had no one else to compare to. But overall it was good. I felt like I couldn’t go any faster with my legs but was fine with keeping the pace the same throughout. 200s were harder with it starting to hurt towards the top of the 200s, I suprised myself how quickly I recovers by the time I got to the bottom.
