1st 15 min - 128 Watt / HR 157 / cadence 90 - had to really pay attention to cadence otherwise it would drop down into mid 80's
2nd 15 min - 124 Watt / HR 159 / really hard to maintain 90 cadence but kept at it.
Good workout overall, trying hard to spin 90 +
