2x 1km at Giralang Ovals. Holding about 3.40 pace. A little bit hot at 6pm

Orienteering long 1:00:00 [3]

Twilight Orienteering at Black Mountain. Was a really cool contour map, made the courses a lot more interesting. But should've gone later. Nearly died of heat stroke. Drank about 2.5 litres during two hours.

Couldn't resist getting back on the bike, so I rode out to Hall and did a little bit of the centenary trail. It was a very cool track and I'll have to finish the northern section at the next opportunity.

Sprint Canberra at ANU. Such a cool map, will do some more training there.

Leg Memory at Radford College. The most enjoyable activity of the week.

Orienteering race 21:52 [3] 3.0 km (7:17 / km)

Sprint Canberra Race 4 @ Remembrance Park. MP. I had my map upside down running into common control 5 and ran straight for control 9 then 7,8,9,10 then continued on.
