Running long 1:10:00 [3] 14.2 km (4:56 / km)

Early long run on the way to Sydney. Started from Ottord Railway Station, with the vague idea of running a bit of the coast track. Unfortunately it was still dark, so the first 35 minutes was up and back along Lady Wakehurst Drive. After that it was light enough to run along the cliffs. The technical single track and speccy sunrise has put Coast Track firmly on bucket list.
