SHI Relays, 1st leg
Did the job and came back with the pack, just ahead of the juniors thanks to a shorter gaffle at the end. A couple of mistakes and a poor route to the spectator, but even without these I doubt I'd have got a gap on the rest given the lack of gaffling and open terrain.

SHI Individual
Started hard and was paying for it later on, though fortunately caught sight of Doug on the way to 16 and managed to reel him over the rest of the course. A bit high at 19 and didn't take great lines to 4, 17 and 20. Pleased to avoid any real mistakes in the tricky bit at the far end. Just need to get quicker.
