Run - Outside tempo (LSD Run Club) 55:50 [3] 9.83 km (5:41 / km)

Ran from RR 109th down Sask Drive, down emily murphy, through Hawrlek Park up Rambo hill/tough climb - Turn left on top of Rambo back down Sask drive, around traffic circle, down Sask drive with the nice houses and back to the store.

Was hungry, only had Banana for Breaky

Worked with the Balance Ball, used for Abs, and legs
