was going to do an easy 10km but just updated my IPOD music and there were some ABSOLUTE SLAMMERS on there so threw in some efforts and went a bit further.
New shoes feeling pretty good, I feel pretty good, weather is pretty good. Loving life.
Also I just bought some new jazzy leggings in the sale (with all the money I don't have) and I'm sure that they make me run faster because they are awesome.
