Running 37:15 [3] 4.4 km (8:28 / km) +105m 7:34 / km

construction going on ruined my plan to complete the 40 minutes because it forced me to go nearly straight uphill and I couldn't do it after the rest of the run and I was nearly home anyways.

hot, humid, and hilly, at least I'm preparing for Portugal. At around 25mins I started doing my 5 mins running, 1 min walk because I was just dying, yknow, as you do

strength: 3x superset
10x pushup
10x fire hydrant each leg
10x donkey kick each leg
10x lateral leg raises each leg

then these hip stretches

Note

couldn't sleep so I did a bunch of handstands and tried to do a forward and backward roll but nearly broke my neck on those but yeah
