Hiking on Mt Tarrengower today with members of our fitness group, followed by a lovely lunch at the Kangaroo Hotel in Maldon

Course 1 at Smiths Reef, near Maldon. I think I was going ok until the 9th leg, when I did a 180 degree error and ran a fair way in the wrong direction. Lost 12 mins on that leg alone. Finished up pretty tired. The straight line course length was actually 7.1 km.
