Felt really good today - got into a good rhythm and enjoyed the run. No pains or niggles. No fueling during but a protein shake after run.

Drills + 71' easy + Strides

Enjoyable easy run on the trails with Laura. A few hills but kept everything very easy. Strides felt pretty good. No pains or niggles.

Drills + 2ish easy + 3 x 9-10' uphill + 20ish easy.

FElt really good today as well! Legs a bit sluggish from the start - not surprised as yesterday was a moderate session. But they loosened quickly and the last third of the session I felt super good. Probably started the first uphill rep a bit too conservatively - being cautious about the prveious hip niggles and the fact I had done a moderate run the day before. But increased the efffort for the 2nd and 3rd rep and think I hit the right effort for those two. Kept it sligthly easier than previously on these sessions as I think I might have gone too hard. This time I decided to be slightly more conservatively knowing I could have done 1-2 more reps. So maybe a bit too easy, but with the recent uphill sessions on the treadmill in mind, I wanted to mimic that effort and get out of the session feeling good but with confidence. And I think I succeeded pretty well with that. A really good session. Might adjust a tiny bit next time, but not much. No pains or niggles - hip perfectly normal again.

Drills + 60' moderate @ 3:50 pace + easy jog back home.

Felt really good today as well, and no problems with hip or groin. No pains or niggles at all and legs felt pretty fresh. 3:50 pace felt fairly easy as a moderate run today. Very happy with that.

That felt good! Legs were fresh, no pains or niggles. Hip not a problem at all today. Best I've felt in a while. Enjoyed that. Took the strides out easy, but pretty fast and light towards the end.

Drills + 1h59' specific

Back from Spain to a lovely specific run on the local trails. Last one at home before spain, as I will head to the Lakes for the specific runs saturday/sunday. The hip was a bit stiff from the start but loosened quickly and was fine for the entire run. Legs felt fresh and no other pains or niggles. Ran with racepack and used poles. But no nutrition. Protein shake post run.

Very easy along the beach w/Laura. Legs a bit sluggish again. And hip playing up a little bit. Sore from the start but loosened quickly. Apart from that legs are ok and no other pains or niggles.
