Drills + 2ish easy + 3 x 9-10' uphill + 20ish easy.
FElt really good today as well! Legs a bit sluggish from the start - not surprised as yesterday was a moderate session. But they loosened quickly and the last third of the session I felt super good. Probably started the first uphill rep a bit too conservatively - being cautious about the prveious hip niggles and the fact I had done a moderate run the day before. But increased the efffort for the 2nd and 3rd rep and think I hit the right effort for those two. Kept it sligthly easier than previously on these sessions as I think I might have gone too hard. This time I decided to be slightly more conservatively knowing I could have done 1-2 more reps. So maybe a bit too easy, but with the recent uphill sessions on the treadmill in mind, I wanted to mimic that effort and get out of the session feeling good but with confidence. And I think I succeeded pretty well with that. A really good session. Might adjust a tiny bit next time, but not much. No pains or niggles - hip perfectly normal again.
