orienteering after the storm. really tough course for a wednesday, wasn't prepared for thick, slow orienteering and tired, didn't enjoy it much. time includes running to and from.
for the first 12 controls ran with what was basically a blank map which I drew the features I wanted before I started. don't like this training much, and when I got mad lost I reverted to the real map which was a relief (no pun intended)
