Ultra long.
started out bit messy, and it was only after a couple of controls that I was on my own. made me a bit grumpy and assumed everyone was in front of me. bit of a look at shep in the first butterfly loop where i got some more flow, then slowly caught eon on leg 10 then together at map change with shep coming in just after us. drink and eat, next map.
this map i was on my own straight away. but now I was feeling better and really was just cruising. made a mistake on 20 in the green but this was the only proper mistake i made, and i really started spiking them after that through the next butterfly and was really happy to have a solid lead at the last map change. again was just cruising, but then did my ankle and that was that.

vic middle champs including warm up. first time on kooyoora so just cruised to get a feel. not great late in the course, quite tired and some silly mistakes.
