valadalen 3 days long distance. probably the most speccy race i've ever done, sick views, a bit of snow to slide down for optimal route choice. technically good but damn tired, few mistakes towards the end. spent a lot of time trying to keep up with anton ostlin.

valadalen 3 days middle. a lot of people whinging about the mapping and the tough terrain, but although i had a bad race, had fun.

long cruise out to "blanktjarn", a beatiful, icey cold lake. fairly easy pace, but nothing is easy when the Keely Brothers are setting the pace...

valadalen 3 days sprint. very tired after getting the overnight train from oslo, then spending the majority of the day sleeping and getting sunburnt on the lake beach. not a great sprint but whatevs.

cruise around another halden map. taking it very easy, naturally made a lot of mistakes.

time incl. warm ups.
intervals around park in halden. quite a tricky loop, climb surface etc.
10min effort, then 5min rest, then 7(1min/1min). was gonna do 8 but felt really dizzy and stuff.
