valadalen 3 days long distance. probably the most speccy race i've ever done, sick views, a bit of snow to slide down for optimal route choice. technically good but damn tired, few mistakes towards the end. spent a lot of time trying to keep up with anton ostlin.

valadalen 3 days sprint. very tired after getting the overnight train from oslo, then spending the majority of the day sleeping and getting sunburnt on the lake beach. not a great sprint but whatevs.
running intervals 1:04:11 [4] 12.19 km (5:16 / km) +218m4:50 / km shoes: nike air zoom
time incl. warm ups.
intervals around park in halden. quite a tricky loop, climb surface etc.
10min effort, then 5min rest, then 7(1min/1min). was gonna do 8 but felt really dizzy and stuff.
