Training Log Archive: Hammer

I'm in England the first week in September to give a keynote at a hydrology conference. On Sept 6-7 is the OMM Mountain Marathon Lite. 7 hours of rogaine style nav in NW England mountains 2 days in a row. I've always wanted to the do real OMM race (October) and will save that for 2017 but if anybody is interested in joining me for OMM Lite this year let me know. Registration closes at the end of July.

Easy ride on the Christie Lake trails with Anvil. We met the head trail designer (Greg?). Very nice guy. Also met a former ARK kid and parent coach. Great to think we may have had a part in inspiring this young kid to get out and be active in nature.
