Day 6 Glen Fearder long(ish). Early start vs the leaders running round together. My favourite day of the week, and a decent run. Not able to get into zone 5 again though, except sprinting against Julia on the run in.

Trail/terrain running 46:00 intensity: (29:00 @1) + (17:00 @2) 6.0 km (7:40 / km) +250m 6:21 / km

Collecting the controls on the top of the hill. Alongside Glen Affric must be one of the most spectacular spots on UK orienteering maps. Gorgeous.

Day 5 Glen Fearder middle distance. OK run, but legs are too tired to allow HR to get into zone 5. 2nd behind Mr McLeod again.

Creag Coinnich day 4 - rough and tough. Tired today. Big miss on number 3. 2nd behind Spongey.

Birsemore WRE middle race. Scottish 6 Day, day 3. OK race, bit scrappy. Tired legs and head but not too bad. Caught Spongey up twice. 1st. Won an alien.
