Intended to do 13.1 mi of trail hard (since I'm skipping the Half-Wit) + some warmup and down (3 x 5.1 mi), but went out too hard and it was a lot more humid than I expected, so I pooped out after the first lap and only completed the 2 x. Ah well. Fiddled with pace, form, water, food.
