All gyms closed for pre-semester fiddling.

Down to Franklin Field to find out when they'll be done with construction -- mid-September, apparently. Wow!

Then a few strides around Penn Park and back to the office not sweating too badly. ;) Felt oafish. Need to do more speed work in general to help with form. Just a little will go a long way. The 3k fit test is the way to motivate me, I think.
