Doing the 400s to slow, the 200s too fast according to my VDot Calcs. Whatever. :)
My max HR probably needs a downgrade sometime. I'll continue to do these till I'm smooth and fast(er), so will throw in some 800s (ick) and 1200s (aaargh), and will find out.
