I've been invited to pace / crew for my friend Steve Tucker at Hardrock 100. Exciting! And Juliet gave me the go ahead, too!

A challenge: dreadmill rolling hills level 5, try to keep HR in Z2, adjust speed accordingly, see how far you can go. The gym was very hot, as usual, so it was a challenge: way too much Z3 (and Z4!). Good fit test, I think.
