Unbelievably beautiful day. I could have gone for a lot longer. Actually went 2x counterclockwise (normal direction for me), then 2x clockwise, for Happy Hips. Clockwise was so fun! :)

Hip feels healed (well, back to normal), but going to ease back into things, and still going to visit a sports medicine guy and figure out what's actually going on, along with the good stretching and hydration.
