As there are 3 Olympic pools in CLS, thought I would try some swimming ! realized how much I hate swimming !

As it was only 27deg in the shade, it was time to run the CLS 10k race in the sun shine.

An easy warm up then off, 32mins gone at the 8km mark. left calf pulled when going from road to pavement. hobbled, stretched still no better so a 2km walk / hop back.

Very sore to walk on so it was to the Green Bar for some comfort in the form of a bottle.

At least the sun was shinning.
