SBC Run - warm up up to Dunblane and to Peak, Left calf no too bad. However brisk cycle & I did not have time to think about calf. Peak - Fishcross - Dollar - Saline - Knockhill - Muckart - Gleneagles - Braco - Dunblane - Stirling, then home

Calf not great but bearable

Easy run around Uni to establish how bad my calf was, lasted 10mins then walking. Felt worse today than Sunday. Need to get back to Physio

A day at Keppernach with the aim of running around the area ahead of the 6 day next year. Lasted 1hr before calf started to get sore, after a further 20mins, I was walking / hobbling.
