Menstrie - BofA - Peak - Dunblane - Braco - Muthill - Auchterarder - Dunning - Muckart - Menstrie.
Fast boys were out today (velocity 44 team) so first riders dropped by Dunblane, 2nd group of riders dropped before Braco, with the rest of us hanging on in.

Walking around Achagour (day 1 @ 6 day), checking control sites and taping sites. Weather - very wet, hailstones, windy :-( and was dark by the time I was finished

Left hamstring was not feeling too good before the start, managed to get to #10 then in some pain. walked / hobbled / limped the rest of the way round - don't know why ! Needs a week off stretching.
