Warmup pre- home crossfit workout. Was nice to smell the fresh air so spent longer running with Milo than planned.

First workout with my new bar. Was nice to spice things up again. Dumbells are fine but it's nice to have options.

Run in Kamloops on the way home. Really struggling with a nagging hamstring injury. 10 week plus. Still can't run up a hill. :(
