Rathfarnham intervals - 1km + 3 * 2km, 2min rest after each rep.
I ran with the seniors, which was pushing my luck a bit. They were doing 5 * 2km, so I tested the water and joined the second half of their first rep, and then did the next 3. 5 days off running though, and some tight calves, didn't want to do go mad and do the final one.
Found the session very tough, possibly to do with exams, and maybe my cough too as breathing was tough, but it's always good to get them done.
Times seemed slow, but when I rememberd the old Bushy route is short, they seemed a bit better.
I was off the back of the group, and fell off a bit more as it went on, but some of the lads are serious runners.
Chatted to a few of the guys too, and Louis the captain was keen to get me out for some of their pace runs. I actually think they would really stand to me too, so we'll see.
