High resistance, hill climbing.

Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [3]

Pretty well warmed up, so just did 3 * walkouts and some minor stuff before the session.
4 * (8 x 45kg) back squats.
4 * (8 x 14kg) split squats (each leg).
3 * 5 pull / chin ups.

Running 31:47 [2] 6.0 km (5:18 / km)
(injured)

Easy jog with CillinC, lorrieq, and Niamh
Achilles got very tight afterward.
